The Food Processing Laboratory is envisioned as a space where creative ideas and concepts are brought to life. The Lab was established to assist and support researchers, food producers, processors, marketers, and entrepreneurs. It is designed and equipped to help develop new products, and to improve upon and promote existing ones. 

The skilled practitioners who manage the Lab offer guidance to everyone — from food entrepreneurs who are just beginning their journey to established companies with years of experience. Customers and collaborators are guided through all phases of product development — beginning with the concept phase through the product development, processing, packaging, and storage.
